To request deletion of information connected with Ethereal BJJ Academy, email info@etherealbjj.com with the subject Data deletion request.
What to include
Include the name, email address, and phone number used with Ethereal. If the request concerns a child account, include the student name and the parent or guardian name. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.
What happens next
We will verify the request, remove information that is not required for an active service or legal obligation, and confirm completion. We may retain limited financial, safety, or legal records where required. Requests are normally addressed within 30 days.
