Ethereal BJJ Academy respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, emergency contact, program interests, trial and class reservations, attendance, membership and billing status, communications, and information you choose to provide in a form. For a child student, we also collect the parent or guardian information needed to manage the account safely.

How we use information

• Respond to questions and trial requests.
• Manage memberships, class reservations, attendance, and academy operations.
• Process payments and maintain transaction records.
• Send service messages and, with your consent where required, relevant marketing communications.
• Measure advertising and improve our programs, website, and student experience.
• Protect students, staff, our systems, and our legal rights.

Cookies and Meta advertising

Ethereal uses Meta Pixel 2495766637104931 only after you choose Allow Meta Pixel. Until then, the website does not load the Pixel or send website activity to Meta.

When enabled, Meta may receive the page address, referring page, browser and device information, IP address, cookie identifiers, and events such as a page visit or a completed enquiry. We do not send the name, email, phone number, notes, or other information entered in our trial and contact forms through the Pixel.

We use this information to measure Facebook and Instagram advertising, understand conversions, and improve campaigns. Meta processes information under its Privacy Policy.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to operate our services, including Netlify for website hosting, Supabase for secure application and database services, Stripe for payment processing, and Meta when you submit a Facebook or Instagram lead form or interact with our advertising. These providers process information under their own privacy and security terms. Ethereal does not store complete payment-card numbers.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers, instructors and staff who need it for academy operations, or when required by law. We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and financial recordkeeping.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent to optional marketing. Some records may need to be retained where the law requires it. To request deletion, visit our data deletion page.

Security and children

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. A parent or legal guardian must provide information and consent for a minor where required.
