These terms apply when you use the Ethereal BJJ Academy website, trial booking, student application, and other online services.

Online information

Schedules, availability, instructors, programs, and prices may change. A booking request is not confirmed until Ethereal accepts it. Website content is general information and is not medical advice.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for accurate account information and for keeping login details private. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit unlawful or harmful content.

Memberships and payments

Membership purchases, renewals, freezes, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the membership agreement shown or provided when you enrol. Payments may be processed securely by Stripe.

Training

Martial arts and fitness involve physical exertion and risk. Participation is subject to academy rules, informed consent, waivers, and any health or safety requirements presented during registration.
