Ethereal BJJ Academy is on Eastern Avenue in Toronto's east end, close to Leslieville homes, schools, studios, and workplaces. You do not need previous martial arts experience or a particular level of fitness to begin. Our coaches help new students learn the room, the terminology, and the pace one step at a time.
The academy combines a large mat space with a separate fitness area, private showers, air conditioning in summer, warmth in winter, and plenty of free parking. That makes it practical to train before work, at lunch, after school, or in the evening without turning class into an all-day errand.

Led by Egor Radzik and a deep team.
Egor began martial arts at age six and has 20+ years in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He is a 2025 JJIF World Championship Silver Medalist, 2024 IBJJF European Champion, 2018 IBJJF Pan American bronze medalist, and has over 12 years of full-time teaching experience.

Do I need experience to start BJJ in Leslieville?
No. Complete beginners train at Ethereal every week. Tell us it is your first class and a coach will help you with the basics, pairing, and class format.
What should I wear to my first class?
Wear comfortable athletic clothing without zippers or hard pieces. Bring water. We will explain whether the class uses a gi or no-gi clothing before you arrive.
Is there parking at the academy?
Yes. Ethereal has plenty of free parking at the Eastern Avenue location.
Can my child try a class?
Yes. Choose Kids BJJ on the free-trial form and select an age-appropriate class from the live schedule. A parent or guardian completes the booking and waiver.
